Service and payment terms
These documents govern use of Postline and paid plans. A signed Business order prevails where it expressly differs.
Data and security
These documents explain controller/processor roles, actual retention, browser storage, subprocessors, and security controls.
Service operator
Postline is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Mishagin Vyacheslav Vladimirovich (INN 390609456123; OGRNIP 324390000046940). Payment providers only process payments and do not operate the service.

Current service limits
Payment integration code supports YooKassa, Robokassa and Cryptomus. Only configured providers are offered; YooKassa is currently enabled. Refund requests are handled manually through support@srs-postline.com; cancellation or a browser return does not automatically refund a payment.
