Terms of Use
These terms describe access to the Postline website and hosted service. They are not a promise of uptime SLA unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Eligibility and access
Production access is immediate. Domain verification, quotas, and automated abuse controls govern sending; access may be suspended or revoked to protect recipients and infrastructure.
Permitted use
You may send only lawful messages to recipients for whom you have a valid transactional relationship or applicable consent. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable privacy, anti-spam, consumer-protection, and telecommunications laws.
Service changes
Features, limits, routing, and availability may change. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the service is provided without a production SLA and without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Customer responsibilities
- Protect API and SMTP credentials.
- Maintain accurate domain authentication.
- Process unsubscribe, bounce, complaint, and suppression signals.
- Do not upload secrets, OTP values, or reset tokens into diagnostic fields.
- Notify Postline promptly of suspected compromise.
Contact and governing agreement
Commercial customers must receive a countersigned order or service agreement identifying the legal operator, governing law, pricing, support, and liability terms before paid production use. Questions: legal@srs-postline.com.
